Pet care experience
Originally from Ithaca, NY, I have grown up with dogs, cats, and horses, of all shapes and sizes, from beagles to Great Danes and St. Bernards. Having recently graduated with my masters from the University of Wyoming, I have just moved down to Lakewood and am currently living with a friend and her German Shepherd puppy, whom I regularly take out on runs. As my job is entirely remote, I have ample free time to walk, play, and cuddle dogs and provide you with some help, especially during the summer months. I am an avid runner and live near Crown Hill Park and would love a four-legged friend to bring along! I have my own vehicle, and am comfortable with having animals in my backseat.
Reviews
Caroline watched our 3 animals (two dogs and a cat) and they all had a great time. Caroline communicated well, was on time, and we felt relaxed that the furbabies were in good hands while we were gone.
Caroline did a great job house sitting and watching my dogs while I was out of town. She was prompt and super helpful in all of her communication while I was away. I can tell she has had a lot of experience with dogs as they all warmed right up to her. Highly recommended!
Caroline was wonderful with our pups and we felt so at ease knowing they were being taken care of by her while we were away.

I am happy to adhere to whatever systems are in place for your pet at your home. I don’t like to leave dogs alone or crates all day, so try to spend as much time at home with your furry friend as possible when housesitting.

A typical day
I love to stimulate the dogs I watch physically and mentally. We play, run, get lots of pets and cuddles if appropriate, and they get lots of attention. I like to run in Sunset Park and Crown Hill Park as they’re close to my home, but I’m general I love to get outside with the dogs I watch as much as possible.
