Not just your average pet sitter

Pet care experience

I am a very experienced pet sitter and pride myself on being: Flexible. Reliable. Punctual. Patient. Caring. Attentive. Responsible. My highest priorities are always the safety, comfort & well being of your pets. Before sitting for your pet(s), I provide a FREE MEET & GREET so you can meet me and ask me all the questions you have. The MEET & GREET also gives me a chance to meet you and your family (human & animal) so I can become familiar with your pet(s), their diet, likes/dislikes, schedule & routine. I have many years of experience with dog, cats, birds/parrots, small animals & even chickens and pet pigs. Being a dog trainer for over 20 years, I have experience with toy thru giant dog breeds; puppy thru senior. I currently share my life & home with my husband, 3 amazing Brussels Griffons & an energetic Boston Terrier. I thoroughly enjoy instructing dog obedience classes, providing one-on-one/private training & attending obedience trials with my own dogs.

So happy to have found Caroline! Reliable, went the extra mile to make sure our cat got the medication he needs when he refused to eat it. And managed to coax our shy little curmudgeon out ❤️

If you want attentive, reliable, tender loving care for your pet Caroline is the person you want!  I say this with 100% confidence.  Caroline is a confident, experienced handler and has taken care of my dogs on several occasions.  From poop pick up, walking, feeding and giving your dog affection she got it covered.  There is no other person I would trust coming into my home to care for my pets.

Caroline is an experienced pet lover! She is skilled, knowledgeable and well-versed in dog training and always provides the very best care—Often coming through for us in a pinch! When Caroline is with my dogs, I have peace of mind knowing they’re receiving the same care that they would receive from me!

Caroline is a well versed canine professional. Her dogs are well mannered and her effort in their training shows. She cares greatly for pets in her care; safety, health and wellness being top priorities. I have no need to worry when she takes care of my dogs.

Information Caroline B. would like to know about your pet

I like to know as much as I can about the pets I visit. It helps me plan my day based on the needs of the pet(s)/dog(s) on my schedule. Answers to these questions do not determine cost or length of visit. I just like to know as much as I can about your pet(s). Is your dog housebroken? Is your dog up to date on vaccines? Does your dog have any aggression issues? Has your dog ever bitten a child, adult or another animal? How does your dog react to strangers in public? How does your dog react when people arrive at your home? Does your dog like other dogs while on leash? Does your dog get along with other dogs when off leash? What type of collar or harness do you use for your dog? How does your dog behave on a leash? Walks nicely? Pulls on leash? What are his/her favorite toys, treats and things to do? Does your dog have any dietary restrictions or food allergies? Can your dog have treats? What is your dog's feeding schedule? What is your dog's potty schedule? Does your dog have any special needs or medical conditions? Does your dog know any obedience or tricks? Have you ever used a petsitter before?

A typical day

Every pet has different needs so each visit is tailored to YOUR pet's needs of the day. My visits always include ample time for a potty break, a chance for your dog to stretch their legs, get a drink, playtime with their favorite toy, as well as treats and caring and patient interaction. For puppies under a year old, visits do tend to last a little bit longer since there are sometimes potty accidents to clean-up and because puppy potty breaks, playtime and settling the puppy before I leave all take some extra time.
