As much as I appreciate Carolina taking Lima in last minute, I was overall disappointed with her as a sitter for Lima. I got a text message at 12:30 am saying that Lima was scratching on their door to get into their room, and asking if I could find another sitter because at night she is a handful. It was July 3rd, there were fireworks going off constantly and Lima was scared. She just wanted to be in the room where people were, and instead she was left alone downstairs. Once I asked them to let her in the room, she was fine and they told me I no longer needed to pick her up. Carolina was nice and friendly. They did send a lot of photos and videos of her on walks. Which helped keep me calm. The apartment they live in is very small, with not much space for multiple dogs to be staying in. I would not use this sitter again.

Carolina was amazing. She took great care of our dog, Gemma, while we traveled home for the holidays. She sent a ton of pictures and I could tell Gemma was safe and happy!
