Carolina was very nice and seemed to really take good care of our dog sending us photos and updates. On the last day of our vacation, due to an unforeseen event, we needed to extend our pick up time by a few hours to a day. Her reaction was very curt - she demanded additional payment ($50; though she accepted $25) because my dog did not eat the food I left for him and Carolina said she had to buy eggs and meat for him. The latter left a not so good impression of her though my dog seemed well cared for when we picked him up. But the food she gave our dog was definitely not worth $25.
