Pet care experience
My experience with pets first started in 2013, when I got my cat, Nikki. It's been almost ten years, but I fell in love with animals the minute I met her. In high school I assisted in training 2 dogs for a family friend, a husky named Kit and a King Charles Spaniel named Paddy. I also took up cat-sitting, stepping in twice a day for a sweet cat named Seeley. Now I’ve been on Rover for almost a year, using my breaks in between semesters to make new furry friends in the neighborhood.
Reviews
Carolina agreed to check-in on our cat on short notice and over a holiday weekend. Everything went great and we really appreciated her help!
Carolina took great care of Buddy and kept me well informed about how he was doing while I was away. She’s kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Carolina took special care with my very shy cat and was a great sitter.

My own cat Nikki has never felt comfortable around other animals, so I will only be providing care inside of the client’s home. I'm of course willing to follow the daily routine that your pet is used to! I wholeheartedly understand how much we care about our pets, so what matters most to me is your friend's comfort, safety, and happiness.
Information Carolina G. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs that I need to keep in mind during care. Being in New York City, pets often have certain things that make them anxious (sirens, children playing, etc) , which I'd like to know about so I can appropriately comfort your pet if needed! If your pet is a puppy, I would also prefer to know whether or not the pup knows its name and comes when called. Please let me know if you’re dog has a history of biting, it is important for my own safety and the safety of others.
A typical day
I live right near prospect park, giving a high energy dog endless room to run and play! I love to take advantage of the park by going on long walks.
