Carolina was amazing and took wonderful care of Razzle. We had to leave town unexpectedly for a funeral, and Carolina'a calendar was up to date and she responded promptly to my initial questions. When I dropped Razzle off, she spent time learning about her schedule and asked a couple of clarifying questions, which I appreciated. Razzle has had some anxiety when we have traveled in the past, but this was not an issue when she stayed with Carolina. This was a huge relief. Plus Carolina sent regular updates and pictures assuring me all was well. When our return flight was unexpectedly delayed and we had to stay an extra day, Carolina was quick to let me know that she was happy to keep Razzle another day. I was so thankful, and we picked Razzle up the following morning. If I could give Carolina more than 5 stars, I would. She was truly a wonderful caregiver to our senior puggle, and I'm so happy to have a new pet sitter that we can use again and again!

Carolina is absolutely wonderful! She hosted my dog, Daisy, for a week when I had to leave for a last-minute trip. She stayed in contact and was extremely flexible on drop-off and pick-up.
