Absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly, caring and accomodating. I recommend Carole to anyone that needs dog boarding.

I was overall pretty disappointed with our dog's stay with Carole. Her "we work at home" claim is not true, as she was on set when we were trying to do a meet and greet. Her spouse may work from home, but he was away traveling for at least part of the time when she was hosting our dog. I know as much because when we got back from more than a week of being away from our cherished pet, she asked if we could pick him up the next day, as she was going out and her husband was out of the country. When we did pick him up it seemed like it had been a long time since he'd been out, as he immediately did both types of business in her yard (it's really unusual for him to do both when not on a moderate walk). The 2 dog per night limit is also not accurate. In addition to her dog and our dog, there were two others when we dropped him off. Our dog had some kind of irritation on his tail for weeks after his stay at Carole's - he ended up chewing much of the fur off of it. All around, this is the opposite of what we were hoping for our dog. It would be a one star review if she hadn't sent regular photos and a some videos (though there was an uneasy two day period were we didn't get any, and we asked for more in order to put us at ease, so even that didn't go as smoothly as it could've).
