All dogs are good dogs ☺️
Pet care experience
I grew up with Saint Bernards, Bassett Hounds, Foxhounds, pigs, horses, and chickens! I love being outdoors and spending time exploring nature with pets. I have a mini Aussi named Fritz :)
Reviews
Carol is amazing! Kuma is a high-energy pup and needed a walker to have the ability to match his craziness. Carol is able to reinforce the training I do at home with Kuma which is exactly what I was looking for. She's educated and knows how to properly implement and use dog traning commands/aids. Kuma can be a bit much during his training phase and Carol has been doing a great job. Booked weekly walks due to her professionalism, versatility, and communication. Highly recommend.

My dog Fritz is a herding breed dog with a lot of energy - and it’s important he is engaged/ moving for several hours every day which I accommodate through, lots of walks, training sessions together (learning tricks mostly), puzzles etc. I also bake kibble for him each week using organic human food - he has his paws washed, teeth brushed, and coat combed every night as well to ensure the apartment is clean and smells nice :)

Information Carol W. would like to know about your pet
If there is any training you would like me to help with during my time with your pet. Additionally, if your dog is larger than 50 lbs, please let me know what type of collar you typically use!
A typical day
I have a very high energy dog - I try to get 3+ hours of activity in per day for him, broken down into about 2 hours of walking and around an hour of inside play time which consists of about 30 minutes spent playing keep away, completing treat puzzles, his meals are given through licking toys (homemade dog food in a slow eating feeder and then frozen) and interactive trick feeders. We spend the remaining 30 minutes typically training. Outside of that he’s groomed and gets lots of cuddles as well. With high- energy dogs, if they are interested and engaged I enjoy teaching them tricks and supporting their training where I can and fast-paced walks and fetch etc.

Availability
I work from home and occasionally accommodate a hybrid schedule - but mostly schedule out my own work days and have the flexibility to get outside for walks a couple of hours a day throughout the day.
