Penrose/Pentagon City Dog Walker! I had dogs all my life, easily over 20 dogs since I was a kid. When I was 12 years old I rescued my first dog, Sasha the reward was enormous and she lived to a healthy 16 years. She was dog with epilepsy and the vet praised everything we did to keep her healthy. Then I started to rescue puppies with skin conditions and nursed them back to health, along with a few stray cats that were bottle fed into adulthood. Up to this day they have all been nursed to health. On my free time I enjoy spending time with pets, and giving basic training to dogs. I am experienced in giving pets medication (including insulin to dogs). My main focus is quality care.

We have used Carol several times over the last year to take care of our two dogs (lab and Great Dane). She is PHENOMENAL. She truly enjoys caring for the dogs and it shows! They also love having her around to play with. She has always been very responsive, has been available when we needed her even at the last minute and when we had a whole lot to ask of her! She also sends regular pictures and videos of the dogs and keeps us updated with how things are going!! We love the security of knowing our pups are being well cared for when we are gone.
She is always amazing with Rocky!
We asked Carol to walk Butters morning and evening. Carol was very conscientious about her visits. She completed a Rover card for each visit with loads of fun pictures. She was very caring and attentive to Butters, who was a little depressed that we had left town, but Carol was good at encouraging her to get out and walk and made sure she was eating. Carol was also great at communicating any concerns. We happily re-booked. Great job, Carol, and thank you!!
We loving having Carol stay with our two big dogs (Lab and Great Dane). She obviously loves being around animals and treats them as if they were her own. She also is excellent and sending regular updates including pictures which we enjoy when we are away!

A typical day
I will walk the dogs near the owner's home, if a park is accessible and secure I will take the dog to it. I can also play with the dog, as well as I could aid in teaching the basic commands (sit, down, stay and leave it). I only do positive training and use assertive strategies when working with a dog.
