We’ve had two experiences with Carmina - one good, one bad. We left our dog with her for a week in January and received frequent updates. She even gave him a bath the last day free of charge. Our most recent stay was only for a couple days in March. Carmina forgot what day we were coming to pick up our dog. When we texted that we were on our way, she apologized and said she wasn’t home and was too far away to come home. I had to go back to her place early the next morning to do the pickup. Carmina promised to refund our money, but I never received a refund. It seems like she might just be a little too busy to do a good job as a dog sitter.

Carmina took such good care of my pitbull Angelo for 3 whole days! She took so many pictures videos and kept me updated. Her dog and mine got along perfectly! I was visiting Chicago and I knew I could trust Carmina! Thanks again for everything.
