Carmen has become such a consistent and reliable caretaker for our two dogs - they are both rescues and have some quirks and for that reason, we worry about them when we aren't able to work from home - Carmen always lets us know right away when she has arrived and has gone above and beyond to make sure the dogs feel comfortable and are safe - For example, our one dog had an injured paw, so she separated both dogs while playing in the backyard so the hurt one would still get to be outside but wouldn't put additional strain on her paw. Then we had construction happening on our street which was extra loud and making the dogs feel nervous so she stayed with them a little longer one day when it was really loud - we appreciate her so much and feel so lucky we found her <3 highly recommend!!

We love Carmen’s drop-ins - they have helped me transition to going back to the office part time! Would recommend 10/10!
