I live in gated apartment of about 10 units. If you would like me to send you more pictures of the area or FaceTime, I'd love to show you more. The gate stays locked. It is also around 5 1/2 feet in height. I love that we are in an animal friendly complex and your dog and I could play with just the right space. I'm exited to say, we have turf! So any mess is an easy clean up as well. I also live near balboa park and other family and pet friendly parks. I love getting out and walking around even a light jog in. So if your dog needs his or her exercise, I am the right person! I am a calm, mellow person but I can bring the energy your dog needs! I truly care for all pets and grew up tending to dogs from 3-5 dogs at a time. They were housed outdoors. However, I know what a tight schedule looks like when it comes to their mealtimes and care. My father gave me a huge responsibility to take care of blue tick hounds. In saying this I know how to care for a larger dog and understand their unexpected strength as well, no matter how big or small. I also have experience with small dogs. I live within walking distance from where the farmers market is every Sunday. This will give you an idea of the great and safe location I'm in. If your dog has special needs please let me know and I'd be happy to accommodate. Also...I more than likely will buy your dog a toy. I can't help myself. I can keep it at my home and will not let any other dog I host or walk play with it as I am big on keeping health a priority. If you'd like to bring your own, that's also great! I do have a two year old. I know it may seem a bit of concern for some pet owners. If your dog is child friendly, I would love to have him/her. My two year old is also quite mellow and well behaved for his age. We teach him to respect and how to approach a dog if one should come up to him or he go up to a dog. Also, this will give him good experience when we are able to get our own! I wanted to share that I have a fiancé who is not necessarily going to be your dog's primary caretaker. I will be. But, he will be home at times the your dog may be with me and loves dogs as well. Also, he is pretty excited that we will host your dog! A bit about him. He works with youth from ages 8-19 years of age as he runs his own youth basketball team here in Souther California! Oh!...I work at a bank part time. This is why I am only have Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays available. We have basketball league games on Saturdays and work Monday, Wednesday and Fridays We love kids and our furry friends that are more than that...they are family members as well!
