Pet sitter brought multiple outside guests into the apartment during both morning and evening drop ins without my consent which is invasive, inappropriate, and potentially illegal. My apartment floors were filthy from the heavy foot traffic of uninvited outside guests and had to be cleaned when I returned home from travel. Pet sitter missed a scheduled appointment and only performed the service after 9pm because I sent a message asking for a status of the dinner feeding. This sitter is very young and needs to learn the value of respecting someone else's home. She cannot be trusted for future bookings.
