After making arrangements, we waited at the appointed time. We called and texted but never heard back. Contacted Rover and they gave us a refund. Told us they would call and make sure everyone was okay. We never heard anything. Not sure what was going on. Don’t know what we would have done if daughter-in-law hadn’t stepped in to care for our dogs.

I arrived at the drop off location at the designated time. I called and text several times without any response. I waited 40 minutes before having to take my pet back home and find another sitter for Christmas week. It delayed my vacation and resulted in wasted time, money, and increased stress during the holidays.
