Carlyn is very nice and appeared to relate genuinely to our dog Axel. Carlyn stepped in on short notice when someone we had already contracted had a medical emergency. She took good care of both our dog and our house for a week. She sent us pictures of our dog on his activities with her every day. Her judgement is solid: when taking Axel for a walk on a busy street, she made sure he was leashed. She was an active communicator via email. Scheduling at times, got a bit complicated. She seemed stressed by a very important exam she had this week which led to some heated remarks she made for which she apologized. We got in late on our last night, which we had paid for but Carlyn asked if it was OK if she left before we got home. We were concerned about what night happen if our flight or ride home was delayed, who might remain with Axel until we returned. We asked her to stay until we arrived home which she did.

Carlyn stayed at our home for a few days with our 2 pups, and it was such an amazing, stress-free experience. I got sweet photos, plenty of updates, and my pups were so much happier and more comfortable staying at home with her. Thanks, Carlyn!
