The best part of waking up in the morning is being greeted by my four legged friends! Dogs provide an unconditional love that is irreplaceable, and it is our job as their humans to give them the same love back. It's important to know your dog, understand their needs, and listen to them. I take a lot of time to understand when my dog needs to run, play and be active and when she needs to mellow out and relax with me. I live in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in a house with a small yard. Our neighborhood provides a perfect length for regular walks (typically 4 or 5/day) and our home is spacious yet dog proofed. When we aren't walking or relaxing, my dog and I are typically practicing obedience and learning new tricks!
