Pet care experience
I’ve had cats all my life and dogs for the majority of my adult life. I currently have 1 indoor male cat who is fixed but not declawed. And one outdoor male cat. And I have a 3rd that’s a Rover cat named Baby, I’ve had him for about 6 months. I recently had to put down my husky, Kody💔

There is a lot to be said about our less than mediocre experience with “Carly” so please read entire review. First off, please make sure you have a camera or ring doorbell on your home where you can see who is coming and going. (What we agreed to) My wife and I hired “Carly” to do overnights with our 10 year old German shepherd, small terrier, and 1 cat. She agreed to stay overnight at our home and explained that she had a 6 year old daughter who would be staying with her. We have children, so this was not a problem and we understood her daughter staying over with her. “Carly” told us it would be just her and her daughter staying at our home, with no mention of anyone else. We have a ring camera on our front porch and in our kitchen area that looks down the hallway to the bedrooms entrances. On the second night of “Carly” staying at our home, we saw a man show up at our house and proceed to go directly into our bedroom for about 30 minutes, and then when leaving we noticed he said “I love you Ashley” clear as day on our ring doorbell. This was very alarming for the fact she had unannounced and unapproved company over to our home, IN OUR BEDROOM!!! How disrespectful and unprofessional! The second reason being her using some sort of alias with either us, or the male individual she invited into our bedroom. We politely asked to not to have anyone besides her and her daughter in our home after we saw the ring cam footage, and her answer was to leave our house and break the agreed upon terms of our house/pet sitting contract. We did not have a backup plan, which was our fault, but we never imagined this being an issue. My other MAJOR issue with Carly, or Ashley, or whoever this person was that stayed in our home, was that she let our dogs be inside for over 12 hours on the second day of our trip. We specifically told her no longer than 8 hours for dogs being let in, and she let them go for over 12! I highly recommend finding someone else to watch your loved pets and homes, and definitely invest in cameras!!
Great experience, she was able to accommodate my two cats with a very last minute booking. Great communication as well, would definitely book again.
Carly was great to work with and my pup had a fantastic time with her!

Since we recently had to say goodbye to our Kody boy, Rover has really meant so much more to us. My daughter loves all the dogs we get to care for and it’s comforting to be around a dog again. I have a fenced in portion of my yard for dogs, I have an igloo home with a heated mat inside and a heated water bowl, if your dog like the outdoors in winter, I got you covered🤣 Otherwise, plenty of walks, cuddles, scratches and love❤️

A typical day
I have a portion of my yard that is fenced in where the dog can play off leash, I also have a massive yard where I can stake a leash and play. I also live across the street from a nice park where I take my daughter to. My street has sidewalks so long walks are easily available.
