I've always had a passion for taking care of animals. When I was younger, I looked after our family's Labrador Retriever and cat, and volunteered for approx. 150 hrs at Animal Rescue New Orleans (ARNO). During college, I studied animal science for two years and worked at an animal hospital, where I gained experience working with sick pets and giving medications. I raised and trained my own puppy, currently help care of my uncle's elderly Beagle, and have recently dog/cat-sat for friends and family. I have experience working with dogs of multiple sizes, breeds, and ages, as well as experience caring for cats and guinea pigs. The photos in my profile all include pets I have taken care of. I am currently job searching, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to your pals! My schedule is very flexible, please contact me to work out specifics. Currently I am not able to board or watch pets at my own home. I am free to pet sit at your house or apartment. I am also open to taking dogs to a dog park or on walks at a park (Lafreniere Park, City Park, etc).
