Carly is great! She looked after my puppy while I took an out of town trip for a few days & sent updates and photos throughout. My dog almost didn’t want to leave when I came to take him home! She has a yard & another pup for him to play with, hard to beat. Definitely recommend her.

I have booked Carly a couple times through rover and directly. This was my final time, and these are the reasons why. She is not good at supervising multiple dogs and is careless with any of your dog’s property that you leave with her. On one occasion she gave me back my dogs blanket with dog poop on it telling me that another one of the other dogs had used it as a bathroom. She literally packed this dirty blanket into my dogs carrier and handed it to me just like that. On another occasion she called me to come get my dog halfway through the stay because another dog was being overly aggressive and she couldn’t deal with him. I was unable to come back immediately due to being out of the city and having to make the trip back, but when picked my dog up he had an injury on his side. She didn’t mention this until I went to lift him up and he was clearly in pain. Luckily the injury was minor and he seemed fine by the next day. I should not have booked her again after this, but she apologized, said it wouldn’t happen again and didn’t charge for that visit. On this final occasion, she allowed another dog to shred my dog’s custom made carrying bag. She gave me back this bag with the straps and zippers destroyed and did not say a word about any damage that occurred. She also let one of the dogs take a poop on and chew up his raincoat that was in the bag and shouldn’t have been accessible to them. On each of these occasions she admitted that it was one of the other dogs. None of this should have happened if she was supervising the dogs properly, or simply not putting things where they could reach it. I attempted to resolve this with her and she became unresponsive. I will not be booking her again, and certainly would not recommend her.
