As a first time user of the app I was initially really apprehensive to leave my fur babies with a sitter. But due to an unexpected death in the family I had to take a last minute flight with no one to look after Max & Mimi. I came across Carly’s profile and really just went with my intuition that her nature fits the bill of exactly what I was looking for in terms of care, trust, and welfare for the Cats. After meeting Carly for the first time I knew my instincts were right and felt so reassured that she would take the best care of Max & Mimi. She asked questions I hadn’t even thought of, took the time to learn & understand each one of them, their habits, likes & dislikes, which made me feel so at ease knowing they’d be well looked after. Whilst I was away Carly communicated with me on a daily basis, and sent pictures of my babies so I wouldn’t miss them as much, and was kept in the loop of all the mischief they were up to! I am beyond grateful for Carly taking good care of my babies through such a tough time. I only have great things to say, and highly recommend her! I highly recommend Carly-Ann, from the speed of responses to the care that she gave my cats was truly first class. From the minute I met her I knew my cats would be looked after so well, I didn't worry about them at all as I knew they were in safe hands. We loved receiving the daily photos too. Thank you so much Carly-Ann, I came home to two very happy cats. Will definitely use her again.
