Carly was fantastic! She was very accommodating to our times, send us pictures of our dogs, and took excellent care of POPPY and Clarence! She is the best. We will be using her again!

Carly and her husband had great personalities and you can tell that they are caring to dogs. They were very friendly. We were gone for a trip for almost 3 weeks. She sent daily pictures and updates which gave us peace of mind that our dog was doing well. My dog played with her dog Henry, so we knew he had a great time while he was there. My dog has chronic issues with his knees. One day when she noticed a minor concern with his leg, she notified me right away. I was 3 hrs ahead due to time difference. I sent her messages at 6 AM my time which was 3 AM her time. Regardless of how early it was, she responded to me. Later that day, we spoke on the phone and she reassured me that he will rest and limit his activity . She then sent me few videos so that I can see how he was walking and to see that he was doing good. I told her that I forgot to give her my dog’s Glucosamine supplement which maybe would’ve help with his legs. She offered to pick up the supplement at the store which I appreciated. Jetty ended up having no further problems with his legs while with her. Overall, I think Carly was a wonderful dog sitter and I would recommend her to others. She had a positive environment, she communicated daily including pictures, and she responded quickly.
