Carlos and his sister were lifesavers for me & Magnum! We live in Fort Worth but I had a last minute meeting in Houston pop up that I needed to attend for a few hours & I needed a place for Magnum to hang out while I attended my meeting. I had reached out to a total of 9 sitters with everyone that replied back saying they weren’t available. I was getting really nervous that I wasn’t going to be able to find a place for him to stay during my meeting. I had even tried Petsmart but they wouldn’t take him because it hadn’t been 48 hrs since he had a booster vaccine. I then came across Carlos and he quickly responded that they were available! True lifesavers & relieved my worries of making our trip. When we arrived, Carlos met us in the driveway and walked Magnum to the back yard to meet the other doggos…they got along great! I loved receiving all the pics & videos while I was at my meeting, as it gave me comfort that Magnum was being very well cared for. My meeting ran a few minutes late and Carlos was very understanding and accommodating. When I arrived to pick Magnum up, he brought Magnum out as I was getting out of the car. He even gave Magnum a toy that he fell in love with during his stay. I could tell Magnum had a blast as he slept the entire way back to Fort Worth. Lol Thank you two for helping make our trip seamless! I will definitely be looking them up the next time we are in town & Magnum needs someone to hang out with.
We've chosen Carlos for our pet's boarding needs multiple times, and each experience has been exceptional. Typically, when I leave our dog for boarding, she hesitates to part with me. However, this time was different – she eagerly followed Carlos into his home right away. Carlos kept us consistently informed during the boarding period and responded promptly to our inquiries. Our dog has formed bonds with his dogs and cats, providing us with confidence that she's in good hands. A solid 5-star recommendation.
They took our booking request very quick and took care of my dog and my foster dog during the New Year’s Eve. They made sure our dogs feel secure and loved. Carlos and Dina went out of their way to help our fur babies! We trust them.
