Pet care experience
I love hanging out with dogs - I have one of my own! I’m a teacher, so I am available almost all summer to care for your pet, and my hours are very flexible. I’m excited to stay busy and active with Rover! I live on the east side of Oxford, but I will happily travel around town and the surrounding areas for check ins and walks! I am happy to assist with whatever your pet needs. I can give medication, baths, vet-runs, etc. You name it! I have plenty of experience with my own dogs in these areas, and I’m comfortable helping yours, too! If you have any questions, please reach out! I can’t wait to meet your pet!☺️

I can provide the utmost safety and care for your pet. I provide water on walks to keep your pet hydrated during these hot summer months. For your dog’s safety (especially for those with high-energy), I ask that you provide a harness rather than a collar for walks. For check-ins in your home, I will care for your pet as instructed. I do offer bathing and light grooming services (no furcuts!). I can provide all the necessary supplies unless otherwise requested (I do use pet-safe, toxin-free, sensitive-skin products). Your pup and your space will be safely cared for.

I do not have any breed preferences! Please let me know how your dog behaves around other dogs and how he/she handles distractions on walks (other dogs/people). This will not deter my service - I just like to be prepared up front. If walks are done away from your neighborhood, knowing this information helps me to decide which location would be best :)
A typical day
I love to have fun with dogs, so playtime is a big part of my check-in visits. I always come prepared with fun, durable toys (with your permission!) I can provide walks in your neighborhood, or we can load up and enjoy a walk at Lamar Park, Rowan Oak, or Ole Miss Campus! This will be based on your preference.

My hours and availability are very flexible! I’m a teacher, so I’ll be available all summer from early mornings to late evenings. I am also open to last-minute bookings with the exception of times where I may have prior arrangements.
