Carlene has been a friend of mine for a long-time. She was able to take care of my sick King Charles Cavalier, Cookie, when the family hadn’t trusted previous pet-sitters due to past experiences. Cookie was suffering from heart disease and the family had to depart for two days, in which Carlene stepped into a difficult job! It’s fair to say Cookie enjoyed her company (and probably food!) as he didn’t want to leave! The family are ever grateful for her contribution on them days. She medicated Cookie and ensured he was comfortable, even though he was suffering. Besides this, Carlene has her own dog, AJ, for whom she cares for. AJ is a really well-behaved dog and is a pleasure to be around. As a person, Carlene is a really bubbly and enthusiastic person, which you’ll be able to tell from the moment you meet her! She has a passion for dogs & one million photos of AJ which she bombards me with from time to time. I would trust Carlene with any other of my dogs, but don’t take my word for it, her energy is contagious and people (and the dogs!) can feel it.
