Hello! My husband and I live right on the Alki beach path....perfect for morning, afternoon and evening walks. We have taken care of many dogs, cats, birds and fish for family, friends and new friends for over 13 years. We truly love being a safe place for animals while their owners are away....making the animals feel like this is their home as well and that we are like family to them. About this sitter: We love animals and being able to take care and love up dogs, cats, fish and other human animals is such a gift. We love where we live and know that it is also a great area to take care of animals because of the easy access to walking trails. Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs all of my life. I have to stop on any walk I am on to say hello to a dog....especially if they are tied up while waiting for their parents. Letting them know that they are not alone. My experience administering medication I am absolutely comfortable with medication administration.

This Thanksgiving, I was most thankful for Carla and Rob. I went out of town for 8 days which is the longest I’ve left my dog so far and I couldn’t have asked for better caretakers for Benji while I was gone. They made him feel right at home, exercised him mentally and physically, and just did an absolutely wonderful job. I was updated regularly and I came home to a very happy dog. I hope to work with them again in the future!
Carla and Rob are the absolute best! They always take exceptional care of our dog during stays and provide daily updates of activities and photos. They also pay close attention to keeping our dog on-schedule and are quick to reach out with any questions. Their location is perfect for long walks and runs along the city skyline and beach. We’re so happy to have them nearby and look forward to booking continued stays!
Henny came back home happy and tired! This is her second stay with Carla and I’d book them again.
Our pup Winston had the opportunity to stay with Carla and Rob again. They took such great care of him, including an unexpected bath when Winston accidentally soiled himself. We appreciate Carla’s responsiveness and daily updates with pictures. They are also very thorough to help ensure the best stay possible for our little guy. We definitely recommend them!

Your dog's sleeping arrangement Tht is a discussion that is a must with each owner. Where does their dog sleep? And I try to do the same at my home for each dog. Time I'll spend with your dog I work from home....so I would most definitely be with the furry child almost the whole day while they are staying at my home.
