Pet care experience
I have had pets all of my life, both cats and dogs, as well as parakeets. My family has relied on me to feed, walk, and play with all of our animals. I have been responsible for my own two cats within the past two years, along with my boyfriend's dog. My love for all animals, pets and wildlife, has always been a passion since I was young.

Carla is absolutely wonderful with all animals! She has owned 3 dogs, and 4 cats herself, making her an experienced pet owner. Carla views animals as more than just pets, they are family members. She understands that we as pet owners view our animals sometimes as our own children (I know she treats her pets as if they were her kids...), therefore she would definitely make sure to give all pets under her watch the utmost attention and care. She is also extremely compassionate, understanding, and personable. 10/10 would recommend :)

I care for my own two cats and my boyfriend's dog. We both make sure that our fur babies are healthy, happy, and always interacting with us throughout the day. I ensure that my animals are well taken care of when I am away, and would care for someone else's pet as if they were my own. And of course, play time, belly rubs, and lots of head and butt scratches are the most important part of the day!

Before meeting your fur baby, please let me know of any special medical, behavioral/personality, dietary and/or other important information pertaining to your pet so that I can plan for my visit with them. Things that are important to note for me are how they interact with people they are initially unfamiliar with, any stressors or anxiety behaviors (barking, hiding, etc.), their favorite activities, medication information, and their feeding and sleeping schedule.
A typical day
As your pet sitter, I will make sure to incorporate as much play time as needed or requested by a dog or cat owner. Walks around the neighborhood, play time in the yard or in the home can absolutely be a part of my time with your pet. Play time can be as energetic or as low key as you would like!

I am a full time vet technician and am only available on Fridays and alternating weekends at this time. Any schedule changes will be updated promptly should I have more availability.
