Hello! I'm Carissa and I'm excited to meet you and your pet! A little about me: I love anything and everything outdoors and enjoy spending my free time finding a beautiful trail to explore with my dog. We've done many hikes and trails all throughout CA and hope to find more. I also have a cat that isn't as much of an adventurer as I'd like, but I still love him all the same! I understand that your little ones can get stressed out when their owners aren't around, so I would like to make them much more comfortable when you are not around. I also know how stressful it is when a pet owner is out of town and is worried about their dog, and would love to alleviate some of that stress with updates as frequently as needed for comfort. I understand the varying needs of the animals based on their personalities and interests and would love the opportunity to care for your pets. Allow me to care for your beloved, and you will not regret it :)

Carissa has been absolutely wonderful with our 2 dogs! She sends in depth updates after each visit and has been very responsive whenever I need to reach out to her about anything. It's so reassuring knowing my 2 dogs are being well taken care of while we are at work.
Carissa did an absolutely amazing job watching my two dogs and cat. She was very patient with them and made sure they were comfortable with her (they have some past trauma). She sent me updates daily and always told me how much she loved my animals. I came home to happy, healthy animals. I feel confident that she took great care of them and our home while we were away. We will definitely be using her services in the future. ☺️
Carissa was absolutely the greatest help when checking in and walking my dog. She was very flexible with my schedule and if there were any schedule conflicts, she would give suggestions that were a great compromise for the both of us. I appreciated that she was very quick to respond. She sent me various updates and pictures throughout the walks, including when she picked him up and dropped him off. She handled his care with the upmost kindness and love that I was not worried or nervous about her watching my dog. I highly recommend her services and I will be requesting her in the future. Thank you once again Carissa!
So far Carissa has been very patient and understanding of my animal’s quirks. The walk seemed to go very well for everyone. We can’t wait to have her watch our animals for an overnight stay soon and see how that goes.

During home visits, overnight stays and boarding/daycare for your pet you can be confident that I will treat your pets as if they were my own. This means: • Potty breaks as needed (based on body language of pet and/or routine schedule set by owner) •twice daily cleaning of any litter boxes (if applicable) •play time to release any pent up energy •basic obedience training can also be offered

A typical day
Many walks, trips to the beach if permitted by the family, visits to the local parks and nature trails are also a must. If we are just chillin in the home, I love to practice obedience training and cuddle time if the pet wants it :)

I'm currently working full time Mon-Fri 8-5, but am currently working from home and am available all day. During the weekends, I am fully available for all pet care needs.
