Pet care experience
I’ve had cats, dogs, and other pets, my entire life, they are what I live for. Since I was young I was always taking in strays and unwanted pets! I am always the first one my friends and family call when they go out of town or just need someone to stop by during the day to let their dog out or spend time with their cat. On days that I work, I’m there from 4pm-10pm, so my availability is pretty open. I have experience with chickens, reptiles, fish, and other small animals as well, so if you need someone to also care for your other pets, I’m the girl for you! Whether it’s over nights, walking, feeding, giving medication, or just hanging out spending time with your pet, I’d love to help out.

Carissa has cared for my pets multiple times. She had walked my dog multiple times in the trails. She had taken care of my cat and my chickens. When she takes care of my animals she always sends picture updates and texts. She takes my chickens out of the run and interacts with them, sends videos, and even brings them scraps/leftovers to munch on. Carissa loves her own animals and has experience with just about any pet. She is very responsible and reliable. So grateful for her help.
I have known Carissa for 22 years and she has always had animals in her home. She is the most loving animal owner I’ve ever known and I go to her for any questions I have about my dogs. If I needed to make a choice, I would always choose her to watch my dogs. She has a lot of patience for animals and connects with them in a way a lot of people can’t. She watches my family’s dogs a fair amount and always does a great job; let’s them out, feeds them and plays with them. She’s a really caring person and I would trust her with my life and my dog’s lives.
Carissa is always my go-to person when I go away and have to leave my dogs! She’s reliable and loves my dogs like they’re her own.
Carissa is an honest and dependable animal lover. She has been dog sitting for our animals for 5+ years and i know they are in good hands with her. She has never let us down when we need her assistance.
