I grew up with dogs and cats, among other pets, and have and continue to care for them day and night while my family goes on day trips and vacations. I can send you photo updates during the time I'm with your furry friend(s) and am happy to follow special instructions (discussed prior to booking) required to provide the best care possible. For housesitting, I am willing to vacuum/sweep, dust, and wash and fold laundry; no windows, bathrooms or outdoor landscaping. I will also bring in your mail/packages for safekeeping. Please create a list of your expectations and needs before contacting me. Be aware that you will be expected to sign a contract with me prior to service. For overnight stays, also leave a number for a reliable friend or neighbor and your veterinarian in case of emergency.

Carissa has been caring for my pets for years. She has given medicine to my dogs and cats when they were sick. Cared and fed them when I went away for vacations. If I have to work late or have a personal commitment she will go over to feed and let then out. She is great. I don't trust many people with my furbabies. Her I trust.

A typical day
If your dog is well-socialized, good in the car, you have a safety harness/carrier available, and there is a dog park nearby, I am happy to bring them down to let loose! Walks around the block in sidewalked areas are also an option. If you have a catio, I can let your cats sun themselves and play outdoors. Please let me know if they are a general indoor/outdoor cat.
