We hired Carina recently for drop-in visits, after having had a good experience with her in December. Unfortunately, this time Carina missed one of the scheduled drop-ins due to a family emergency and our dogs were left for more than 15 hours without a potty break. We agree that the family emergency should be the priority, and at the same time expect communication in order for us to make other arrangements but that did not happen. Carina refused to issue a refund for the missed visit and we were forced to escalate with Rover to receive our refund. During one of the visits, our dog jumped up on Carina which ripped a hole in her pants and scratched her leg. She sent us a link with instructions to order her new Lululemon pants and have them shipped to her directly, and when we refused she threatened us with legal action.

Carina did a great job taking care of our dog. The dog received regular meals, potty breaks and play time. We'd recommend Carina to anyone looking for a dog sitter.
