Lily was well taken care of and was able to make herself right at home. I received a picture daily, wish it was at least twice but it’s ok. I would book again

Carilyn was great from the initial message I sent her to determine whether she could watch our pups! She was super responsive to all our questions. She provided lots of pictures on a timely basis even though we didn’t get to see them until after we got back from our cruise. Our pups looked happy and comfortable in the pictures shared. We would use Carilyn again when the need arises. Thank you!

It was such a great experience having Akeem with you. From start to finish it was exceptional. Thank you so much for taking care of Akeem and treat him like he is one of your own. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Information Carilyn & Jorge M. would like to know about your pet

Pet feeding and potty schedules, particularities of the pet, example mine won’t drink water if it has no ice on it. Import information on pets likes and dislikes, medicine schedules or supplements. Very important dog routine at home. That usually helps us when they are settling in.

A typical day

We play fetch in the afternoon, enjoy short strolls through our neighborhood, play time with them, pet and nurture them while watching tv. We love cuddles Your Pup’s Schedule Included With our Daily Rate:   MORNING   - 6 AM: First time out for the day. What inspired us to open our Pet Hotel, was our Dog Shanie, Anytime we needed to step away from the home, we had to coordinate a sitter for her.  First time we left her pet boarding our heart was in our throats, sweating, heart raising, Not knowing if she will be treated well, what if they stuck her on a cage for the whole stay, If Ice felt this way, We wonder how many pet parents like ourself had to go through that process as well. To make things even more challenging its expensive. That’s when I spoke to my husband and asked him if we could help other pet parents like us! We always put your pets first and treat them as our own. Your pets are your babies and we understand that. We understand the deep bond you share with your beloved pets. We take pride in making sure your pets are happy content while giving you peace of mind that they are doing great. We are not just pet sitters, we are passionate caregivers who will treat your furry baby like a family member of our household with the same love and attention you do. Our mission is to provide trustworthy, efficient  care that goes beyond simply looking after animals, and is tailored to your pets needs. We are dedicated to treating your pets as a cherished family member, ensuring their happiness, comfort , safety & well being while you are away. With more than 20 years of pet experience Jorge & I, are adept in reading and understanding pet behavior and gestures, we are easily able to know when the pet needs to go potty, is hungry, thirsty or wants to play. We moved here 5 years ago and we know being in a new place can be scary and frustrating . You give us the list of your pets predilections and we try our best to accommodate them. As  pet owners, we understand the importance of keeping a loving, safe, fun environment. We are a family of 4, and all help taking care of our 🦮🐈 pets. My husband works from home, so he is usually the person that checks you in. My teen helps with walks , when she is not in school, and your payments help her learn more about financial, managing her income, and future retirement. Our 5 year old is our pet entertainer she loves playing with them she is always supervised, and we teach her kindness and respect towards everyone. I am the point of contact and the one that manages the communication with our pet parents, send you updates or concerns that we might had. I have a large fenced yard with plenty of room for the pups to play and my dog has her own crate. We all help in the family . From playing and petting to taking them outside. It’s a family business 🥰 ** We only take Small & Medium dogs🐾.  If you are like me and don't feel comfortable with your little baby being around bigger dogs (no matter how nice) PLEASE double check the sitter profiles for their accepted weight ranges AND their pets in their home. ** To see current & past stays, please check out my Facebook page, “JC Pet Hotel”. I post Photos several times each day for parents to watch at their convenience We offer flexible schedule to pick up and drop off from 7am-9pm. ** We have several elder guests.  Many on medication 1, 2 or 3 X/day.  Some blind and/or deaf.  Some insulin dependent diabetic. They have all been repeat guests and feel very comfortable here. We get to know them and their own special needs as well as their signals letting us know what they want. ** We have had many unsocialized guests. Ones that had NEVER been around other dogs. Their parents were worried how they would do. They ALL did quite well becoming social. Most have repeated. We are very experienced with giving oral & injected medications at specific times per day as well as ear & eye drops.  We also have experience with blind/sight impaired and deaf/hearing impaired dogs. They have all gotten along just fine in my home.  We brought 3 month old Shanie home 9/15/21. Shanie is quite the employee here and Ambassador for the guests While we do NOT have any breed restrictions, as we prefer not to judge all dogs by the actions of others,  ALL guests MUST be UNDER 40 lbs and get along with other dogs. Being potty trained is important but accidents happen and that's OK.  I have a dog door and tile flooring.  Accidents are what "Nature's Miracle" and paper towels are for. We Have our baby gate, should anyone have a need for solitude, peace, quiet, rest or recuperation. Also stated in another section, They must also be current on all shots/vaccinations/necessary licenses, flea & tick free. (So you know that any other dogs your pup is around are also ALL of these things)  PLEASE complete your pet(s) profile with their care instructions, veterinary’s information and Emergency Contact information. Knowing your sitter has this info can put your mind at ease while you’re away. You need only bring their food, favorite treats (If you like) and medications (If any) for the stay.   Also, check your calendar to make sure if there is any monthly or quarterly Heart Worm or flea medication that could be due during their stay. (Do NOT bring any beds, or blankets. I have MORE than enough here and would hate for anything of yours to be damaged or lost.) If your pet is used to sleeping on a crate, please provide, their crate. PLEASE TEXT/MESSAGE ONLY.  (No phone calls please unless it’s an emergency) I have my cell phone with me all the time so I can be reached or can respond quickly.  We are  home and available to watch your fur baby just about 24/7.  If we ever have plans come up we would mark the calendar that we are unavailable, ahead of time. Please check our reviews that our amazing pet guest have left us, that way you have an idea on what we do with our pets. When we have pup guests my dog is crate trained. We provide food walks and play time in our yard & around the neighborhood . My 12 years old and myself love having fun outside. I also have a red wagon to pull adult dogs that don’t want to walk too much we take them for rides. With us your pets are in caring hands you can trust.
