Pet care experience
I’m a part-time librarian and full time animal enthusiast The only advantage I have found to the sad circumstance of currently not having my own pets is all the love and availability I have to take care of other people’s pets! I have been the first choice as a pet sitter for pets owned by my neighbours, friends and family on countless occasions. I grew up in Wales surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits, and nursed back to health a couple of poorly birds. I understand that each pet is different, each with a unique character, and a unique range of needs. I am excited to meet your pet and to find out what I can do to make their time with me both as fun, and as relaxing, for them as possible. My dog, Dreig, is always happy to see Cariad when she arrives and they always love playing together. Dre is not a people dog, so it is always a relief when he gets on with people, and we've never had doubts about Cariad looking after him. Thank you Cariad.
My cats always come running when Cariad arrives and she is great at fulfilling their every need. Feeding, petting, playing, and handling their incessant need for attention is no problem! I can recommend Cariad as a pet sitter for anyone who wants their pet taken care of by someone who will treat them with love and care and is excellent at following care instructions in a diligent manner.
Cariad is an avid animal lover and enjoys taking care of animals of all kind. She has a gently touch and treats animals with respect. Cariad has a history of many happy family pets, as well as of caring for other's pets too.

I can offer both in person and/or online meetings to prior to meeting you and your pet. In these meetings we can discuss the full range of important things there are to know about your pet. This discussions may include (but not limited to) your pet’s diet, health and sociability to your pet’s favourite toys and unique behavioural quirks.
A typical day
I can offer a range of pet care services: Pet walking and exercise Pet cuddling, company and playtime with toys Feeding wet/dry food Cleaning/refreshing litter tray Grooming (brushing fur) I also sometimes have availability to take energetic pets out for a jog Medication administration Photo Updates I am also willing to water any plants if needed This is not an exhaustive list Don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Availability
I am based in Balham, but I also work for two hours every weekday in the UCL library, and so I am able to offer flexible pet sitting and walking in and around both south and central London.
