Pet care experience
I will be attending veterinary school this fall! I have worked in various clinics over the last 6 years, tending to all kinds of dogs and cats. I know that every pet has their own needs and I will do everything in my ability to provide them with their individual needs. I am passionate about providing animals with the proper care and I know the root at giving them this care is treating them with love and respect. I can take your pets out for a walk, feed them, administer any medications, or even just spend time with them whenever you need me to. I am here to help you and your pet and make both of your lives more enjoyable!

Cari not only treats your pet like their own, but she does so with the utmost respect and care. My 110lb malamute is a homebody kind of guy, but he gets so excited to go for a walk whenever Cari comes around, he even walks longer distances with her! It must be her contagious enthusiasm, and determination to give him some exercise when I am not around. I recommend Cari for any pet, as she is someone that you can rely on. Hire her!
Cari obviously loves cats! I highly recommend her for overnight stays. The cats are happy and well-fed and the house was well cared for, too!
Cari was great with my two dogs. She was friendly, attentive and even sent a picture while we were away. I’d highly recommend Cari for any dog sitting needs!

When I'm in somebody else's home, I will leave like nobody was even there (: Mutual respect is big for me so I will definitely be the most considerate guest you'll have in your home. I have a mischievous cat that can get into the smallest of places, so I know all about baby-proofing when needed! Keeping the doors closed are an absolute must for me, because I know how scary it is to leave your pet behind and have worries about whether or not the door was closed! I also have extensive knowledge on what is/isn't poisonous to pets, so I will ensure nothing is available for them to get their paws on.
Information Cari V. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know what your pet does and doesn't like. I need to know what triggers them on walks (do they not like men, do they not like birds/squirrels etc..), what they may be allergic to, or what their favorite toy is. Obviously, some of these things are more serious than others but all of these are what I feel are important to know ahead of time for me to provide the best care possible (:
A typical day
I LOVE playing fetch with both dogs and cats! All pets need a significant amount of enrichment to get their energy out and get their brain working (: I love playing with any toys available, and walking is always one of my favorite things to do! I love going to big parks and walking around to not only enjoy the view but to enjoy the time with your baby!
