Personalized training and care
Pet care experience
I started my career in Nashville as a dog walker for a small company before joining Thank Dog Training as an intern and junior trainer where I received hands on experience in behavior modification. Most recently I attended a Teach Calm and Guide workshop, focused on helping excitable, nervous and reactive dogs experience the sensation of calmness while on leash and walking. Currently this is my most enjoyable and rewarding service to provide owners.

Cari is absolutely amazing! Our girl Millie has been with her for over 2 years now and we’re so grateful to have Cari in our lives. She’s helped us with everything from training, to doggy daycare, to boarding Millie while we are away. She helped us so much with dealing with our girl’s separation anxiety as well as leash training and other basic puppy training. It’s also so comforting to have someone reliable and trustworthy to watch our girl while we are working/away. She’s the best!
Cari has been taking care of my dog Cooper for a while now. Every time she pulls into the driveway my dog goes bananas because he knows she’s here to hang out with him. Cari is super sweet and very knowledgeable. She’s great with cooper and is always teaching him new skills. Anytime I have questions or need help with an issue I’m having she’s always there to give us guidance. I couldn’t ask for a better dog walker! I will always recommend her to anyone who is looking for some extra help.
Cari is amazing! She is so sweet and takes amazing care of my bestest friend 2x a week!! I think she may be the one person he gets just as excited to see like he does with me! I feel so confident with my pup in her care because she has a lot of dog training experience & clearly is a fellow dog lover. 10/10 would recommend Cari for all your pup needs!

Safety, trust & environment
When meeting your dog at your residence for walking sessions, I bring my own equipment depending on the dogs needs and leash walking skills. Leash sessions are educational and focused on improving the bonding experience of a walk with your best friend. My home offers a safe and fully enclosed yard for structured socialization and play. To accommodate smaller dogs or dogs who are less interested in higher energy play, there is an additional outdoor enclosure for play time! For safety purposes and to minimize stress, crates or baby gates are used during meal times and transitions. My two resident dogs Cadence and Willow are well mannered and socialized and cant wait to meet you!

In the warmer months I set up water games. Throughout year I'm engaging dogs in confidence building exercises and walks. Play and socialization varies depending on each dog and their needs.
