Pet care experience
I have grown up with a house full of animals my entire life so I have plenty of experience taking care of them. I currently have 3 cats of my own and my aunt has 2 cats that live with us as well. My sibling has 2 dogs which I take care of whenever they need me to or I get the chance! I have also taken care of a diabetic dog who would have frequent seizures and many other sick animals. I love animals with all my heart and believe that they deserve the best possible care.

Cara was the sweetest person and took great care of my cat! It is hard to find pet sitters that have cats themselves and that’s why I chose Carla and you can definitely tell she knows cats. My cat warmed up to her immediately. She asked great questions during the meet and greet sent the cutest videos.
Cara was great with Marlee and was very communicative. We would recommend her and hope to work with her in the future as well!
Cara took good care of our shy cat. He usually doesn't like stranger but she was able to pet him and even play with him after only few days. We will use her service again! Thanks a lot Cara for your kindness and patience with Charlie!

I have a designated schedule for feeding my fur babies and checking if they have freshly cleaned water. I make sure their environment is healthy for them to breathe and also that there is no way for them to hurt themselves. The pet's safety is my first priority as well as their health.
Information Cara T. would like to know about your pet
It is extremely important to know if they have any triggers and irritations. Some dogs and cats have been traumatized whether being abused or taken away from their mother too young. It is also important if they do not like to be touched in certain areas and if they have any injuries etc. Knowing their allergies, illnesses, or if they need any type of medication is important. I also believe that if the fur parent believes there is any important information regarding their fur baby then it is important no questions asked.
A typical day
I love to play with the fur babies. When it comes to puppies, I love playing tug of war, fetch, playing outside, going on walks, amongst other ways to stimulate them! For the kitties, I love to shine the red laser for them to chase, play fetch, have them chase strings and more! If you tell me a way in which your fur baby gets their exercise and have fun I am more than open :) also if the fur babies like to snuggle and just relax I am open to that as well.

Availability
I am currently a nursing student and also work at a hospital per diem. I have a clinical on Wednesdays from 5:30 am - 6:30 pm and class Fridays 8 am - 12 pm! I also work on Saturdays from 7 pm to Sunday morning at 7:30 am. Other than that, I am available any day of the week at any time! As my classes change throughout the year I will update my availability, but I am highly flexible and willing to take care of the fur babies any time.
