Pet care experience
I grew up with a dog and cat in the house, and they were some of the best years of my life! I'm not able to adopt a dog or cat right now, and want to fill the void in my heart with other's animals. I would love to take a dog on one of my usual nightly walks, or check in on them if they have busy parents! I know what it is like to leave a pet alone and hope to provide some comfort for any pet parents who are worried when they are gone.

I've never been a fan of leaving a dog in a crate for a long time. Likewise, cats need tons of mental stimulation too. I can do anything from playing fetch, cuddling, or chasing them around the apartment. I love to wrap up some treats in small towels as a toy and letting pets sniff, play, and tire themselves out.

A typical day
I love walking the canal, and live near a dog park so those are 2 easy and accessible spots for an afternoon check in! Otherwise I can play with any favorite toys, and use treats as rewards.

Availability
I work from home most days, so checking in on a pet during lunch is very easy for me. I'm also an avid runner, so if your dog needs to let out some energy I can bring them along!
