Hi I’m Cara! I’d love to walk, hike, play, and cuddle with your dogs while you are away! I grew up watching all my neighbors pets while they were out of town. I love to be active and get your pups out as much as they need, but I am also happy to just stay home and cuddle with your pets. I currently have two dogs of my own Lily and Lucy and they make life so fun! I have a large fenced yard that the dogs love to play in as well as great hiking trails right from my house. I would love to help make your pets happy and comfortable while you are away!

My dog Scout gets nervous in new situations or places especially if I’m not around, but Cara took care of her like she was her own while I was out of town. With updates and photos, I felt comfortable leaving my dog with her as I know she was well taken care of. Scout had an amazing time, playing with other dogs, going on a hike, and getting plenty of attention!

I would like to know if your dog gets along with other dogs as I do have 2 dogs at home. I would also like to know their feeding schedule, if they take any medications, and how much exercise they need.
A typical day
I have a large back yard that the dogs can play in. There are also great hiking trails right from my neighborhood that I love to take the dogs to.

Availability
I typically have 3 day weekends from my job, so I have lots of time to spend with your pets during those times. My husband also helps out with the dogs some while I am at work. I am also available for long walks in the afternoons the days that I do work.
