Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of dogs for about 9 years now, starting with my golden retriever back when he was a puppy. Since then, I’ve been dog sitting for friends and neighbors with all kinds of dogs. Now, I have been sitting dogs through Rover for a year! I love being able to spend time with the dogs and take care of them as my own. **I cannot sit cats due to a severe allergy. I apologize!

Cara was great with Darby. He takes a little to warm up to people and she didn't give up on him. After a slow start they made it out for their walk and he did well with her.
Cara did a great job taking care of our 3 dogs. Very reliable and friendly, excellent communication before our vacation and during our vacation. The house was clean and our dogs were happy. I would definitely recommend her and I hope to use her again next year.

I definitely like to keep my eyes on the dog and go outside with them, especially if it’s beautiful weather. I love to do work or read in the same room as they are in, just to give them company and make sure nothing is wrong. If needed, I can put a leash on them as well. I am also willing to crate the dog if needed. Please let me know if your dog needs accommodations and I will assist in whatever way you need!

I like to have a list of information about the dog, such as feeding times, their personality, health conditions, etc. The more detailed the better! I want to take care of the dog to the owner’s liking. Specifically for dog walking, I would like to know how well the dog gets along with other dogs and humans.
A typical day
I love to spend time outside with dogs! Whether that’s playing fetch or relaxing in the sun, I cater to what the dog needs. When taking dogs on walks, I like to find a nice walking path that has beautiful scenery. I also am a fan of taking walks in a park, as there are usually other people and dogs taking walks as well. It’s a great opportunity to socialize the dog if needed!

Availability
I’m currently a full time college student at the University of Cincinnati working part time in Oakley, but I am willing to travel around Cincinnati and coordinate my schedule with yours to fit the dog’s needs. My parents live in West Chester, so I am also available to sit in West Chester and surrounding locations. Since I am a student, my availability is limited during the school year. If you think I’d be a good fit for you and your pet, shoot me a message and I can adjust my schedule! Starting in May, my schedule will be very open!
