My family raised 14 seeing-eye dogs, several of which were raised while I was growing up. I have a 1.5 year old golden retriever named Mango and have helped several friends raise service dogs for CCI. I’ve been around dogs my whole life and love dogs of all sizes! I’ve also done a decent amount of pet sitting back home in New Jersey. Additionally, I am comfortable with dogs with medical needs as well. I just started my first full-time job, but I would love to watch your dog(s) and/or cat(s) when I’m off! My dog is a PTSD service dog in training and loves other dogs! I’m happy to meet beforehand. I just started my first full-time job but I’m available on my days off! I’m happy to take dogs to the dog park with, or even leave her for a bit to take them if requested! Otherwise, she loves to play with other dogs but will also leave older dogs alone. She’s pretty good at reading other dogs. Any other work I’ll be doing is remote and flexible, so your dog will be home with me (except for short errands which can be discussed depending on your dog’s needs) I know every dog has different needs, so I’m happy to meet pretty much any request. If your dog needs to be crated at night I do ask that you ideally bring the crate since I only have my puppy’s, but I’m also fine with dogs that prefer sleeping in a dog bed or even my bed at night! I’m also happy to let pets on my furniture/bed, but completely understand if your dog is trained not to go on furniture for any reason (my puppy was originally only allowed when invited, but that went out the window pretty quickly). For house sitting, I am available to stop by throughout the day and at night and would be open to staying at your home if it is possible to bring my puppy.
