Hiya, My name is Candice and im a huge animal lover. I’ve always been surrounded by big dogs, growing up with German Sheppard’s. Im also very much into my fitness, so dog walking is brilliant for me! Due to being unable to have my own I love helping other people look after theirs. I also love cats, and have a pet cat who is my child. I know how important having your pets looked after is, so am able to drop in, feed, cuddle, play and walk your pet to help them have the best day.

Candice has previously looked after my Dog for me on a couple of occasions, she is flexible, reliable. My one one requirement was to give regular updates on my pet, which she carried out to the T. I recommend her for drop ins and pet walking, and will continue to use her 😊

Being a fur mum I know how important animals are in your lives. I love give pets the care cuddles and attention they want. I have a fenced garden which my cat loves to explore and although he has his own bed, most nights ends up in mine! I’ve grown up with big dogs and lots of pets, so I’m not intimidated by a large animal at all. I know exactly when to be stern with animals and love throwing a ball for them to stretch their legs, but equally happy to keep them on a lead or just pop in to feed them. I love to have weekends away, so I know how concerning it can be (and a faff!) to put your animal into a kennel. It’s much better knowing they are in the comfort of their own home and having a visit!

I love to meet a dog or cat first. I like to know their food times, if they are allowed treats, where they can go in the house and how far they should be walked / played with for.
A typical day
I love long walks with dogs, and playing fetch! Equally if your dog needs a cuddle, I’m the person for it! Nothing beats a pet cuddle! If you’ve got a cat then I love playing with them and their toys, giving them strokes and hiding treats for them to find.

Availability
I love going for long walks, so having a dog accompany would be fantastic. I currently work afternoon/evenings so am available every morning and afternoons when off work. I’m very flexible, and only need short notice for any take one or cancellations.
