Spayed and Neutered Dogs
No Females in Heat
Candace is friendly, easy going and definitely loves my dog, Bentley. I’m lucky that I found her!
Candace is a great dog sitter! She helped me last minute when I really needed it. My dog Brew loved spending time at her place with Mugen (her dog) and her two cats. By the last day, Brew didn’t want to leave Mugen. Candace made Brew feel comfortable and part of the group immediately and helped him feel better about leaving his mommy for long periods of time. Candace even gave me a lid ...
Candace is so great in taking care of and walking our floof! She is thoughtful, has sent consistent updates on walks (our dog always looks happy), and is super communicative/in touch throughout the week. Thank you Candace!
Puppy-like energy w/ flexible hours
Hi, I'm Candace! I grew up around all different kinds of animals. For as long as I can remember we've had dogs, cats, small animals and at one point I've even cared for horses. I understand more than anyone that our pets are our family, they should be treated as such.
I work from home running my own business, so I am always home to care for your four legged friend. This also allows me ...
What Candace would like to know about your dog
We will need to have a meet and greet prior to any dog sittings. While our dog is friendly with most other dogs we would prefer to watch equally friendly dogs who are well socialized. I usually sit adult dogs over 15 pounds (not including puppies) and since we have a dog that is lower to the ground and I'd prefer larger dogs with a relaxed temperament (our corgi has a tendency to get run over by larger energetic dogs), both of these are on a case by case basis. We'd also prefer it if your dog doesn't have an affinity for barking, some barking is okay, but not constantly. I would also prefer neutered and trained dogs so that accidents in the house are minimal. Dog sits 10+ hours with late pickups are negotiable, additional rates may apply. Thank you for your understanding.
Another note: We do have two cats, if your dog isn't okay with cats, that's okay! They have their own room to play in while your dog is visiting. Please just let us know ahead of time. Thank you!
