Veterinary Assistant & Dog Lover
Pet care experience
I have had pets my entire life, from tiny 5lb Papillons to 100lb Malamutes, cats, small mammals, exotics (like chinchillas), and horses! I currently working as a Veterinary Assistant and have been in animal related fields for all of my working life! Having worked in Veterinary clinics for years, I am experienced with all breeds and temperaments of dogs. I am also trained in medication administration and basic first aid if your pup requires any! I have trained dogs professionally, and take a kind but firm approach to learning. I enjoy very long walks, and running in Durham and York Region forests. I am looking for a few specials pups to join me 1:1 during the week! My runs/walks range from 5km-10km but can be tailored to your dogs needs.

A typical day
York Region forests are by far my favourite places to explore. They are well maintained, spacious and generally not crowded. If I am strapped for time I will visit Durham forests, but these tend to be much busier, with many dogs off leash. I try to avoid the “main” trails for that reason! I am also happy to walk your pup around your neighbourhood if you are not comfortable with your dog being driven!
