I love animals! I've been a pet owner all my life. I've had dogs, birds, hamsters, and bunnies. Over the last 7 years in particular, I've created a community of up to 8 dogs connected to my personal relationships. I watch these dogs on a semi-regular basis and its time I put myself out there to share my services with others. I'm well experienced in the following areas: multi-dogs (I've watched up to 3 dogs at once), puppies, rescues, senior care, pet photography, and some grooming (bath, nail trim, flea & tick removal/protection). I trained my first puppy when I was 14 years old. While training is not my expertise, I am comfortable and experienced with contributing to keeping up your pups training needs/goals. If you were to ask my dogs what're their favorite thing about staying with Auntie Cam, I feel they'd say they love that I take them on long walks; they love that I like to play for extended periods of time; they love that I consistently feed them on a schedule with a fair amount of treats in between; they enjoy joining my conference calls if I'm working from home; and in general, they know they'll have fun and will be in great care at my place. If you were to ask my friends and colleagues why they return to me for the care of their dogs, I believe they'd say I am highly communicative - for instance if you're away on vacation, expect cute photos of your dog from me to check-in; flexible - if you need last minute pet sitting or have a last minute schedule change and need me to watch your pup longer, no stress - we will work together to create a plan; and attentive - if I notice any unusual behavior or physical traits of your pup, I'll report back to you and will use judgement to contact you if urgent.
