Camille was amazing with our cat Goose!! She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures! She was loving to her when we were gone and always quick to respond!!!

I absolutely would not hire her again. I will tell you my experience and let you decide if my rating was fair. In looking for care I specified I was looking for someone to be house sitter only during day BUT I needed someone home the majority of the day. I needed the sitter to arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 am but I should be home between 5-6pm. Camille agreed and we tried to set up a FaceTime but ultimately did not get to it. This was going to be fine as Camille texted me that she’d be arriving at 8, and that would leave time to meet and go over Ares care. She seemed really attentive working up to the days so I wasn’t overly concerned. It seemed like she was going to pay great attention. On the day of, I received no text from Camille prior to 8 am, the time she said she’d arrive. At 8:15 she asks me for the code to get in my house. To which I asked if she was here. Her response was “nope. My eta is 8:45.” No apology, no I’m running late, nothing. I ultimately called my neighbors to let them know what was going on. The following times are exact per my ring door bell. Camille arrived carrying her Starbucks at 8:53 am and stayed until 10:11 am -1:20 minutes. She came back from 12:28-1:04pm -36 minutes. Throughout this time, I texted her asking how Ares was and she photos she had taken earlier in the day. At around 2:45, at this point I’m pretty worried. We’ve been gone for 6 hours and 4+ of those hours Ares hasn’t even gotten to get out of her crate. At this point, I text her not to worry about Ares and we were on our way home to try and end the care early so my neighbor could assume care. At this point, she shows immediately back to the house, and is there between 3:00-3:16 -16 minutes. While there my neighbor noticed her outside-Ares was playing with her toy and she was just on her phone for the most part ignoring her. My lovely neighbor ultimately came over and rescued Ares 5 minutes after she left. Ares was so excited to be let out of her crate and to have attention, our house broken broken, never goes inside, clean freak of a dog, couldn’t even make it off the side walk before peeing. Ultimately, she arrived late, was not attentive to our dog, and was barely there, never mind the majority of the day agreed upon. Out of the 7 hours she was there for at most 2 hours and 12 minutes.
