Pet care experience
I'm a 24 year old young professional who's petsat since I can remember. We were fortunate enough to have a family dog live well into his senior years, giving me experience with senior dog care and administering medication. I now have my own rescue dog, Cabo, who's learned to go from the stray/shelter dog life to being our best bud. I'm happy to play, pet, and brush your pet(s) and give them all the time and attention they need!

Camila is one of a kind dog sitter. She is simple wonderful and took good care of my old little Cotton several occasions, including when I had to travel oversees for weeks. She is definitely the one to call whenever I need a sitter for Cotton. I highly recommend Camila if you need a sitter who pays the attention and provide the care you want for your for your pet.
I've known Camila for some years now and she's always been an incredibly kind person in my life and a great friend. My Yorkie Ladybug and Camila met this past Christmas holiday and after only a couple days, Ladybug was napping in Camila's lap and asking for affection from her. She took a great liking to Camila and she's normally not that friendly when it comes to meeting new people. I would definitely recommend Camila as a dog caregiver if you're looking for a person who's both respectful and responsible, and also has a genuine love for dogs.

We currently reside in an apartment - Cabo has dedicated space in the living room for his crate, toys, and an extra lounge bed. The patio door remains open throughout the day so he has the freedom to experience the outdoors and sunbathe. For both my own dog and my clients, I aim for routine and consistency - I patiently enforce commands and will make sure to provide necessary walks, meals, playtime, and administer medication as needed.

I would love to be notified of a dog's energy levels and regular behavior expectations. If there's something your dog does that needs to be reprimanded (i.e. jumping), let me know how you would like me to react and what training you are attempting to instill. If there's any special medications or other treatments that you need me to administer, I'm happy to do so provided detailed instruction. I don't discriminate with breeds.
A typical day
Provided with instructions, I'm happy to walk dogs around their favorite locations and, with permission, take them to a dog park if it pertains to their regular schedule. I happily play tug of war and fetch and I also provide lots of belly rubs and head/ear scratches for those extra spoiled pups.

Availability
I currently dedicate 3 times a day to walk and feed Cabo. Usually, I aim for at least (1) 30 minute walk if not all 3. When work and weather permits, we hit the Greenway for 1-2mi or get together with a neighbor or best friend for puppy playdates. We also aim to brush Cabo once a week and bathe him once a month.
