Pet care experience
I've had dogs and cats my entire life. I've been dog sitting for several years, often in-home for extended periods of time. I have experience with older dogs and giving medications when needed.

Cami has watched my dogs many times. She comes into your home and watches them. My daughter has 3 dogs and we had 2. Since several were geriatric, she would carry them up and down the stairs. My dog is emotionally high need and Cami was able to give her the love she needs. Last year when we were in Alaska, we received a call from Cami. Our beloved 16 year old dog had collapsed and couldn’t walk. We were devastated. Cami took our dog to an emergency vet and was able to save her life. She also made a second trip there to get more pain medication so she would not be in pain before we could take her to the vet. She didn’t have to go to all the extra effort, but she did because she loves dogs. I can’t imagine leaving my pets with anyone else.
Cami took care of my house and 3 year old Boxer/German Shepherd mix while I was away for military. My boy was completely comfortable and relaxed the whole time, and we all know our pets are the best judges of character. She even sent me picture updates of how he was doing. Spoiler alert: he was lounging on or near her either sleeping or watching tv... so spoiled. When I got home there were no messes to worry about and I could see my pup had no signs of separation anxiety. Will definitely use her services again in the future!

I'm willing and able to walk, bathe, and play with your pets. If needed I will crate when I'm out of the house. I try my best not to upset routines and will follow any rules/preferences you have for your pets.

Please let me know if your pet has special needs (dietary restrictions, medications, etc.), if they get anxious, or do not do well with other animals/people, etc. I am experienced with giving oral medications. I have not experienced injected medications, but am willing to learn! Most of my experience to date is with senior, special needs dogs but I love all dogs (and cats!) of any age and activity level!
A typical day
I love playing in the yard or dog park. I'm also a huge fan of walks and cuddles on the couch for those not-so-great weather days. I will love and treat your babies like my very own.

Availability
I'm currently working full time (typically 7-4:45), but am willing to stay in-home or drop by before/after work. I'm not always able to stop by during the work day, so pets who cannot be left alone for 8 hours or more may not be a good fit unfortunately. I am not able to offer pet care in my own home.
