I am a graduate of Wheaton College. I grew up in Wisconsin and had a golden retriever for 12 years named Lola and my parents currently have a 3-year olden golden retriever named Maisie. I enjoy caring for dogs because I'm passionate about dogs, enjoy spending time with them, and enjoy ensuring that they get the best exercise that they can get. I enjoy being recreational outside, and listening to music. Dogs have the ability to brighten moods and to give joy to those they interact with. Every time I'm with a dog, I'm happy. The first dog I had lost control of her walking ability, so I know how to take care of dogs that have physical disabilities. I also know how to handle high-energy dogs. A typical dog walk for me consists of taking the dogs throughout neighborhoods or on prairie paths where the dog can have fun and it consists of not just going around the block. Of course, though, I will follow the instructions and preferences of the owner. I enjoy spending time with dogs and desire to make them as happy as they make me.
