Cameron is wonderful with dogs! I remember the first couple of times I went to her house I was terrified to go inside because she had two dogs and I didn’t grow up with pets. I used to be so scared of dogs because the few I had met when I was younger would try to jump all over me and I guess my small 5-year old self thought they were trying to eat me or something, but it stuck with me and I never liked being around them. But Cameron’s dogs were the sweetest ones I’d ever met (and I stand by that to this day even though I met them 13 years ago)! She trained them so well - they always listened to her, and I could tell how much she loved them and they loved her. Spending time with her dogs is no doubt the reason I love dogs now and if it weren’t for how she took care of them and trained them I’d probably still be convinced that I didn’t like dogs! Writing this now also just makes me remember the most touching time I remember with them - one of her dogs, Maverick, had a bad leg and couldn’t make it up or down stairs at all but I was at her house during a tornado warning and we all had to go into the basement. Cameron sat next to Maverick and since no one could carry him down, she inched down the stairs with him even though he was scared and helped make sure he kept his balance and didn’t fall. He made it down for the first time in years! It’s still my favorite memory with them. Now that I’ve rambled while reminiscing about Cameron and her dogs, I’ll say again that she is a great dog caretaker and dogs, in turn, make her so incredibly happy. My experience with her and her dogs growing up is really the only reason I’m comfortable with them and want one of my own now! There are no better hands you could leave your dog in if you need someone :)

I’ve known Cameron for almost ten years. She is my best friend; I trust her with everything. Cameron is very consistent in her efforts to raise a smart, kind, and well trained pup, Raksha. Cam is dependable and a smart problem solver. I highly recommend Cameron as a dog walker and pet sitter. Anyone would be lucky to have such a special person take care of their pup!
