I am a junior at VCU who is majoring in biology and plays lacrosse. My experience with dogs mainly consists of me taking care of my family's dog my whole life. I've also taken care of the animals of friends and family. This past year I lived with a family that had three dogs. It was a great fit for all of us because they went out of town a lot and I had no issue with watching their pets while they were away. Right now my living arrangement doesn't allow me to have my own pets and the main reason I enjoy doing Rover is to feel like I'm back home. Being a full-time student and also having another job doesn't give me much availability during the week, but I am very flexible during the weekends. So whether you're leaving for a few days or leaving for a holiday weekend I'm always willing to help out.
