For both drop in visits and walking, I make sure to cover any necessary details with you on what your pet may need specifically - specific leashes, refilling of water and food, use of play toys, areas in the home that are okay/not okay to be in with your pet, areas that are okay/not okay to walk your pet in, and more. These details will be discussed at a meet-up prior to booking to make sure I can meet your needs.

Please disclose how your pet takes to strangers, and takes to people entering your home (if service requires). Please also share if your pet has any special needs (food, water, medication, activity limits, etc.) so that I can ensure your pet’s care and comfort without any complications!
A typical day
Home visits/stays will always involve some petting, scratching and playing with toys! I’ll be sure to give your pets the love they deserve. Please feel free to recommend your favorite parks, walking trails, etc.! Should your dog like to interact with other dogs, I can take them to local dog parks and let them have fun.

Pet care experience
Pets are an extension of family, and deserve the absolute best when being walked, fed, and cared for! I have been trusted with the furry loved ones of family and friends for years before signing up for Rover, and cared for my own dog (lab/shar pei mix) until her passing 9 years ago. I also helped organize events in undergrad for students to take a study break and spend time with therapy pups, which was one of my favorite ways to de-stress in the midst of a busy college schedule. I’m comfortable with adult cats and dogs, puppies, kittens, as well as pets with particular needs, and can work on teaching commands like sit and stay with your pets. Feel free to recommend favorite walking paths or activities you like to do with your pet, or we can visit a nearby park or walk around the neighborhood together. I am also open to caring for multiple pets if you have more than one. Your pets and I will have a great time together, and I look forward to you trusting me with your furry friends!

Ross had a hard time adjusting and didn't feel completely comfortable. Despite that, Cambria was very patient with him and did her best to make him feel cared for. I appreciate the time and effort she put into looking after him.
